This bar combines the velvety smoothness of Jersey milk chocolate with the sweet warmth of Canadian maple sugar, the gentle crunch of toasted oat crisps, and a delicate touch of Vancouver Island sea salt, creating a perfectly balanced and indulgent treat.

We blend Guatemalan cacao mass and cocoa butter with organic cane sugar, Vancouver Island Jersey milk powder, Canadian maple sugar, toasted oat crisps, and Vancouver Island sea salt. Every bar is handcrafted to highlight the natural flavours of high quality, mostly local ingredients, celebrating both craft and place.
