We combine Guatemalan cacao mass and cocoa butter with organic cane sugar, freeze dried local berries, and Vancouver Island sea salt. Each bar is handcrafted to highlight the deep cocoa flavour, the bright fruitiness of berries, and the local sea salt’s delicate finish, making it a sophisticated treat for dark chocolate lovers.
