Founded by two Victoria born pastry artisans, INNER HARBOUR chocolate co. grew from a shared passion for refined flavour and meaningful craftsmanship. With years of experience in pastry and culinary arts, our founders bring both technical precision and creative sensitivity to every batch.

Our chocolate begins at origin with ethically sourced, Fair Trade cacao from Guatemala. Smallholder farmers cultivate this cacao in rich volcanic soil, developing the depth, complexity, and vibrant flavour that define its character. By sourcing responsibly and supporting transparent trade practices, we honour the communities and landscapes that make our chocolate possible.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We thoughtfully select locally sourced ingredients, including British Columbia dairy and Vancouver Island sea salt, to ensure every element reflects both quality and place.
